Rock 'n' Roll Music, Vol. 2 contains stereo remixes George Martin rather than the fake stereo issued in the U.K. on the original 1976 double-album.
The reissue also contains new album covers of the band. The U.S. version features a crowd in the background while the U.K. version has a blank background.
