This rare release is one of only a handful of albums created especially for the Canadian market. It is essentially a reissue of The Beatles' First with a different title and a different cover (see that album for details about the tracks).

Probably the only thing noteworthy about this album is its cover art and its ironic title. The cover features three burning candles with one that has just gone out foreshadowing events in the months to come (on April 10 1970 when The Beatles breakup become public when it was announced that Paul had quit the band, though it was John who had, in a de facto sense, quite by late 1969).

This album is a rare collectors item due to its complete and utter scarcity.
