Assistant to Beatles' producer George Martin's, he is the last known person to know the whereabouts of the lost McCartney demo Etcetera, recorded on August 20, 1968 while McCartney was waiting to begin the Mother Nature's Son / Wild Honey Pie sessions of the The Beatles White Album that took place later that day. He played piano on Long, Long, Long and harpsichord on Piggies. He also played organ on Savoy Truffle.
