Copyright Issues

theBeatles.org respects copyrights to creative work. As theBeatles.org is a non-commercial community website that allows users to submit content, from time to time some users may not follow our terms which prohibits the use of copyrighted materials or we may use an image that we didn't realize was copyrighted - without a watermark, it's very hard to know.

We are happy to work with concerned copyright holders to remove verifiably copyrighted content. Alternatively, you might want to help us with a proper citation. We would be happy to link you your page, credit you as the photographer/artist, or both.

If you have an issue with a video, please take it up with Youtube directly as we don't host any videos on this site.

For all other issues, please use the following form and include your full name, organization, telephone number, email address, and most importantly the full URL paths to the location of the disputed content. Also, please provide any documentation or other information demonstrating that you are the rightful owner of the content in question as the first question we will likely ask is "How can we confirm that you are the rightful copyright holder and not someone playing games?".
